We believe that the best way to provide a quality education is through the provision of modern resources and equipment for our students. These resources and equipment, although supported by our public education system, are also provided through the payment of Contributions and Charges.
The Australian government provides funding to cover the cost of staff, facility upkeep and basic supplies in public schooling with allocated funding dependant on various factors such as attendance numbers, socio-economic factors of the area and student characteristics. At Byford we offer an extended curriculum to enrich this basic education which we are able to do thanks to the Voluntary Contributions and Charges. We have endeavoured to keep these Contributions and Charges to a minimum; however your support will enable our College to enhance our programs and learning resources. We appreciate that the payment of these Contributions and Charges can be a financial burden for some families. Should you be experiencing difficulties with making these payments, please contact our Administration Office.
The College offers various options to assist with the payment of your Contributions, Charges and Excursions.
