The Byford Secondary Library is located right in the heart of the campus, just behind our College Café. This space is a valuable resource for our teaching staff and students and is open from 9am to 3.30pm.
Throughout the year a range of engaging student activities take place. Also available are a selection of board games, UNO, playing cards, puzzles, Lego and Lego Technics.
Students need their SmartRider Cards to borrow resources. Please see the Library Officer to borrow books. Year 7 students can borrow up to two books at a time for a period of 14 days. Students can borrow before school and at Lunch 1 and 2.
Want to access our ebook collection? Available 24/7, there are over 2000 exciting titles to download. Students can click on the ebook tile on your student portal page. To log in head to https://byfordsc.wheelers.co/, your username is the student number on your smart rider card and your password is the last four digits of your student number. Please visit the Library if you require any assistance.
Christy Philip is the College ICT Support. For all of your ICT concerns with login, connections and programs, please see Christy who is situated in the Library during Lunch 1 and 2. Students should not be sent during class time.
